Dan Scribner
Owner, Multifamily Residential Specialist
…is an experienced construction management professional with over 40 years’ experience in all aspects of Project Management and General Contracting. He developed specialized proficiency managing a variety of government, public and private sector projects in North America and the Pacific. Mr. Scribner completed multimillion-dollar projects for the US Army Corp. of Engineers, US Navy, US Air Force, United Airlines and Chevron to name a few. He is well versed in all phases of project design, construction, and operations, with a history of delivering multimillion-dollar projects on time and on budget.
Mr. Scribner’s experience with very demanding projects has honed his ability to keep the project team focused and on track during challenging situations.
Dan was born into the construction industry and grew up learning by his father’s knee on visits to job sites. After graduating from high school, Dan tried several different career options but always returned to construction. Several years ago, Dan decided the family business suited him and joined MWC alongside his parents and coworkers he’d come to know over the years.
Dan enjoys the outdoors, football, and spending time with his family. He is an avid golfer and has won numerous tournaments. He also enjoys hunting with his son Daniel.

linda SCRIBNER
Office Manager
It can almost be said that Linda has been married to the construction industry for the past few decades, as she played the role of sounding board and advisor to Dan Scribner. Linda worked in finance and fashion before her experience building her dream house gave her the construction bug, and she jumped in full-time. She manages the office and brings a sense of organization and common sense, kindness, and a different perspective to the team. Linda enjoys spending time with her family, Dan, Daniel, and Dorthy, her fur babies Annabelle, Theo, and friends. She also loves sharing her passion for fashion and interior design with everyone.
Linda recently built her second dream house with Dan in Elizabeth, CO. After work, she enjoys construction’s sister industry: interior design.

Daniel j. Scribner
Project Manager
With a bachelor’s in business from Western State University. Daniel, like his father, has tried several career paths and joined the family business over a decade ago, starting in the field and in the office, and now combining both as a project manager. He continues to work side by side with his Father and teammates to learn all phases of project design, construction, and operations, delivering multimillion-dollar projects on time and on budget. Daniel strives to continue to carry on the family business while incorporating new technology into the construction industry. He loves history and historical architecture. That is one of his motivations for being in the building industry and for preserving history.
Daniel has been able to integrate and expand the company by having his fiancé join the team. Daniel enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Dorthy and fur babies, Pluto and Odin. Daniel enjoys hockey and football, playing guitar, and going to concerts. He does like to go hunting with his dad as well.

BEN KOVACH
Project Superintendent
Ben brings 25 years of construction experience to MWC, combining hands-on craftsmanship with field leadership and experience in preconstruction, estimating, and assistant project management. Throughout his career, he has supervised more than two million square feet of building construction, with roles ranging from framing supervision to full ground-up project superintendent.
His experience spans multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, senior-living, hospitality, storage, restaurant, and residential projects. With an early career in carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, insulation, glazing, flooring, and countertops, Ben brings a practical, field-first perspective to planning and executing work. He pairs that understanding with a focus on scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality, and safety, carrying projects through punch and closeout.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications in Rhetoric. He has also passed his Class A General Contracting License exam and holds a Denver Class B Building Supervisor Certificate. His professional interests include green building, mass timber, building science, and professional management.
At the heart of Ben’s approach is a commitment to clear communication, teamwork, and service. He draws on his experience to help teams anticipate challenges, coordinate the work, and deliver successful projects for clients.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys hiking, biking, snow sports, and exploring everything Colorado has to offer. Most weekends, you can find him in the mountains, camping in his Kimbo camper.
Juan Diaz
Finishes Superintendent
Juan got his start in 2002 working in the framing industry. His drive and hard work was noticed, and by 2007, Juan found himself involved in all facets of custom home building.
Juan joined MWC in 2018 and quickly became an integral part of the team. He supervises side projects and organizes crews. He’s the quintessential person who “knows a guy” and saves MWC time, money and headaches.
Free time is family time for Juan. He enjoys every moment with his children before they grow and have children of their own.
